In this paper we introduce the concept of fuzzy generalized bi-ideal of a Γsemigroup, which is an extension of the concept of a fuzzy bi-ideal of a Γsemigroup and characterize regular Γ-semigroups in terms of fuzzy generalized bi-ideals.
